The Synology RS3626xs is a 2U rackmount NAS built for reliable, high-capacity enterprise storage, with 12 x 3.5"/2.5" SATA drive bays expandable to 36 bays via two RX1225RP expansion units, for up to 864TB of raw capacity.
It's powered by a 6-core Intel Xeon D-1726 processor and 8GB of DDR4 ECC memory (expandable to 48GB), delivering sequential speeds of over 6,300/3,700 MB/s. Dual built-in 10GbE ports plus two PCIe Gen4 expansion slots support endpoint and VM backup, surveillance for up to 90 IP cameras, and secure file synchronization across distributed sites.
