The Mecer 850VA Line Interactive UPS (ME-850-VU) provides 850VA/480W of backup power with boost and buck AVR for automatic voltage stabilisation, protecting connected equipment from surges (175 Joules) and mains fluctuations without switching to battery. Output is delivered via one SA 3-pin socket and two IEC C13 sockets.
It runs on a 12V/9Ah sealed lead-acid battery, switching to a simulated sine wave in battery mode with a typical transfer time of 2-6ms. A USB communication port allows monitoring from a connected PC, and the unit includes a cold-start function for use even when mains power is unavailable.
