The Mecer 1200VA 720W 12V Inverter converts 12V DC battery power into 230V AC mains power, providing backup power for IT equipment, routers and similar electronics during outages. It produces a simulated sine wave output with built-in AVR (automatic voltage regulation) and an LCD display showing status information, plus overload and short-circuit protection.
This unit requires a separate 12V rechargeable lead-acid or deep-cycle battery (not included) and is not compatible with lithium batteries. It is designed for IT and electronic loads only, not for high-draw appliances such as kettles, heaters, or motors.
