This is an ASUS warranty extension service, upgrading the standard 12-month On-Site Service (OSS) warranty to 36 months of On-Site Service coverage. It applies to all ASUS ExpertCenter desktop PCs in the PF series, giving businesses extended peace of mind with on-site technician support for hardware faults over a full three-year period.
Delivery
Free tracked delivery on all orders over R1,500. Standard delivery is 2–4 working days anywhere in South Africa.
Returns
Return any unused item in its original packaging within 14 days for a full refund. Faulty items are covered by the manufacturer's warranty and our hassle-free returns process.
