This is an ASUS warranty extension service, upgrading the standard 12-month On-Site Service (OSS) warranty to 36 months of On-Site Service coverage. It applies to eligible ASUS commercial notebooks in the B-series, P2-series, and W202 range, as well as ASUS Chromebooks, extending on-site repair support to a full three years for added business continuity.
Delivery
Free tracked delivery on all orders over R1,500. Standard delivery is 2–4 working days anywhere in South Africa.
Returns
Return any unused item in its original packaging within 14 days for a full refund. Faulty items are covered by the manufacturer's warranty and our hassle-free returns process.
